QUEFLIC — PRIVACY POLICY (BETA)

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect the following information when you use QueFlic:

  • Account information (such as email address and username)

  • User-generated content (photos, videos, captions)

  • Location data (only if enabled by the user)

  • Device and usage data (app interactions, performance metrics)

  • Communications within the app (messages, support requests)

2. LOCATION DATA

  • Location features are optional and user-controlled

  • Location data is used for tagging, discovery, and map-based features

  • Users may disable location access at any time through device settings

3. MUSIC & MEDIA DATA

  • Music playback and discovery use third-party APIs such as Spotify or Apple Music

  • QueFlic does not permanently store copyrighted audio files

  • Metadata (track name, artist, album artwork) may be displayed

4. MAP & NAVIGATION SERVICES

QueFlic integrates with third-party mapping and navigation services, including but not limited to Google Maps and Apple Maps.

  • These services may process location data according to their own privacy policies

  • QueFlic does not control how third-party map providers handle data

5. DATA USAGE

We use collected data to:

  • Operate and maintain the Service

  • Improve features and performance

  • Enable discovery and personalization

  • Ensure platform safety, integrity, and compliance

6. DATA SHARING

We do not sell personal data.

Data may be shared with:

  • Infrastructure and cloud service providers

  • Analytics and performance monitoring services

  • Legal authorities if required by law

7. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

  • Users may request account deletion

  • During beta, data may be periodically purged

  • Deletion requests may be handled manually

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the QueFlic mobile application or related services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

2. BETA STATUS DISCLOSURE

QueFlic is provided as a BETA product.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Service may contain bugs or incomplete features

  • Features may change, break, or be removed without notice

  • Data, content, or accounts may be reset or lost

  • Performance is not guaranteed

  • The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”

3. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old to use QueFlic during beta.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security

  • All activity under your account

  • Providing accurate information

QueFlic may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload.

License to QueFlic

By uploading content, you grant QueFlic a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, process, and modify content solely for operating the Service.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not:

  • Engage in illegal activity

  • Post harassment, hate speech, or threats

  • Exploit or endanger minors

  • Infringe intellectual property

  • Impersonate others

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service

7. REPORTING & ENFORCEMENT

  • Users may report content or behavior

  • QueFlic may remove content or accounts at its discretion

  • No obligation exists to remove specific content upon request

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

QueFlic integrates with third-party services including music and map providers.

QueFlic is not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling.

9. QUEFLIC INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All QueFlic software, branding, features, workflows, and systems are owned by QueFlic Inc.

Users may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or train AI models on QueFlic systems or content.

10. TERMINATION

QueFlic may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueFlic is not liable for lost data, lost profits, user-generated content, third-party actions, or beta-related issues.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law.

QUEFLIC — COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

1. BE RESPECTFUL

Harassment, hate speech, and abuse are not allowed.

2. NO ILLEGAL CONTENT

This includes drugs, weapons sales, exploitation, or fraud.

3. NO IMPERSONATION

Do not impersonate individuals, brands, or verified entities.

4. NO EXPLOITATION

Scams, misleading links, or data harvesting are prohibited.

5. ENFORCEMENT

QueFlic may remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users.
Decisions are final during beta.

QUEFLIC — BETA DISCLOSURE

QueFlic is currently in private beta.

By using the beta version, you acknowledge that:

  • Features are experimental and subject to change

  • Bugs, crashes, and performance issues may occur

  • Data may be reset or deleted

  • The app is not a final or production release

Participation in the beta is voluntary and provided without guarantees.
